To mark the centenary of the Battle of Jutland HMS Duncan
visited London, mooring at Thames Quay in West India Dock, Canary Wharf.
During the historic visit The Cook & The Butler sponsored Captain Commander
Charlie Guy and logistics officer Lieutenant Commander Marc Jones to become
Freedom of the City of London.
HQS Wellington, one of London's most unique venues and the
headquarters of the Master Mariners, was featured on ITV's "This Morning"
program. On the show the "This Moring" couple were married on the Quarter
Deck where the view across the Thames made a magnificent back-prop. The Cook
& The Butler is caterer onboard the Wellington and members of the team
featured in the program which included a brief interview with TC&TB's head
chef, Jean and Roy, the head chef onboard.
